Refund policy

Every PawedUpThreads item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong sizing — your piece didn't exist until you ordered it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort you out with a replacement or a refund.
